Lies, lies. Foschini empty promises

People please do not open a Foschini account. As when you get in arrears. They hound you and tell you lies. Over the passed 3 months I was told that if I pay R710 consecutively which is lower than my installment. They would look at my account and review if they can extend my term and my installment would be less. Now I call the contact centre and was told by the agent that this is all lies and they just do it to get a promise to pay out of people. I'm not running away from my debt and would love to pay them but at this moment I can't. But I made an arrangement to pay them and was given false information. If I knew this was not true I would not have made myself broke and could have put that money in my house and paid them much less. I will pay them and try to get back up to date but don't promise something and th en it's false. I was even excited that I have now paid 3 months and that after this my arrears would be spread over a better term and I could be in the clear. This is really ridiculous. Even the agent didn't know what I was talking about
