Legal department
<p>I called the customer "CARE" line this morning and had to speak to 6 people and nobody knew how to transfer or provide contact details for the legal department. I am using my own airtime calling a call centre that dont even know who does what. Transferred from collections, to insurance etc with no care in the world.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone from legal please contact me ASAP, i am not wasting anymore money calling this call centre. It circumstances like these that you remember why people hate call centres. waste of airtime</p>
