Lazy staff and false advertising of stock

Went through to festival mall foschini as i was informed by the east rand mall branch that they had the shoe i was looking for in my size. When i asked for assistance and told them that the particular style was only on the maniquin and not on the shoe display. I was told that they could not find the code on the shoes that were on the maniquin to go look at the stock in the back. This branch obviously doesn't need to make make sales. I find it utterly disgusting that they could not take the time to help a customer even if that includes taking the shoes off the maniquin. I don't suggest supporting the festival mall branch as they don't have the time to help paying customers. I also suggest if a store has run out of a particular item that is being used on the display, remove it off the display to avoid unhappy customers.
