Lazy *****

On 22nd December I went in to Diamond Pavilion Mall looking for a pair of Ipanema sandals. They did not have my size so I went to the counter and asked a consultant to check of the other store in Kimberley had my size. She checked the system and then said they had 2 pairs of size 7. I then asked if they can transfer the sandals and then the pregnant consultant "Farren" said that they do not have that option. I then asked if they could phone the other store and tell them to put one pair of size 7 aside for me to come and collect. They said they will phone and ask them to do that. Thursday 23rd I went to the other store, when I got there I asked for my shoes that had been put aside, the consultant then told me that no one had phoned them to put the sandals aside. I had to go all the way to another store and wasted my petrol because your consultants **** to me. They could have done the transfer but the pregnant lady did not want to assist me. The other consultant **** to me and said that she would phone the other store and then she did not even bother to keep her word. Your employees are lazy and *****. I want my petrol back. I will be compensated for this!!!!!
