LAZY,DISRESPECTFUL,RUDE STAFF!!!!

Yesterday I found myself in the Foschini store in East Rand Mall, I was looking for shoes. I stood there with another lady trying to get the attention of the staff members in the shop as there was no one to help us there.<br> The ladies at the till section just looked at us with no sense of response or urgency even after we asked for help twice.<br> I ended up not fitting the other pair I wanted to try on, and just buying the one pair that I had already fitted.(Fortunately the two shoes were on display, had that not been the case I would have left that pair too.) .I paid for these shoes without even a box. I left there feeling WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!<br> <br> Today I went to make an exchange on one of the items I purchased yesterday, and a refund for a pair. <br> I was disrespected by a lady called Joleen who seems to be a supervisor or something.<br> <br> Moral of the story is your staff is very RUDE,LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL & THEY UNDERMINE PEOPLE .<br> And sadly some of us can pay them 5 times their salary, we don't need to be given attitude about petty stuff worth a R420.<br> I love Foschini clothes but these incidents will really keep me away from your stores. I don't need this in my life!!!!
