Laybye

I laybyed a pair of shoes at Foschini N1 City in September 2014, that was R419, Paid R200, a month later I paid R219 and got my shoes, I have been getting messages to pay R219, i am being raided to pay R219 for the shoes, i went to Foschini and explained that i paid the laybye account, got my shoes back but still they haven't sorted it out, i don't understand, I even asked them to cancel the laybye then if they say i still powe, and keep the R200 that i [paid, this is tiring and it will affect my credit rating, i need for it to be sorted out please.
