lay-by/ *****
Made a lay-by in Canal Walk in September 2018 of 16 items. Made the second payment in October so in November was making my last payment as these were Christmas clothes. Got in the store & i was given only 10 items. I was advised that some of my clothes were taken out from the plastic of my lay-by so clearly this was an inside job/***** .
I am so frustrated with the service i received . I mean i lay-by items for a reason & now they tell me someone took them from my plastic ,WHAT A WEAK EXCUSE!! FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY . no apology was given to me ...YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC, SO DISGUSTED HONESTLY & DISAPPOINTED. I had to cancel my lay-by now need to start from scratch imagine! . The worst part was when the floor lady said i must pay for the cancellation fee as if its my mistake. Feedback as soon as possible .

I am fuming at this stage as i would like my complaint to be dealt with as soon as possible or else i am taking this further.
