late delivery

I've made an order on the 13th of December and it indicated that it takes 3 working days to receive my order at the store (HI STORE MAPONYA MALL) . I've only received half the things i've ordered and today is the 19th and still have not received an sms indicating that the clothes have been delivered at the store. On the tracking grid it indicates that been out to delivery since yesterday the 18th . I am really frustrated because i ordered these things from one store , it is not my issue that they source them from different branches , am going on holiday Tomorrow the 20th what am suppose to do with what's left from the clothes ordered coz wanted to use them at the holiday? Who will be able to go collect these clothes because i am leaving tomorrow. TFG online store really frustrating not worth buying from over the holidays because they can not meet their promises.
