lack of leadership

To Foschini group, I bought a Huawei honour 8x at north gate Foschini store and it 's still under warranty. It shows vertical lines on the screen. I took it back to the store to be repaired on the 8th of November I went back to do the follow up on the 22nd of December only to find that the phone is still in the store even today. Their customer service is very poor. They even fail to keep me posted on how far they are with my phone. They don 't do their jobs...
