lack of knowledge

<p>I had to buy my gf an black pants for the work because hers got thorn at work. She send me to buy an size 36 and I was assist by one of the workers and and sy told me that its size 12 but I saw the waist and it was 34 but she was a female and know better then me. Now the pants doesnt fit and my gf have the pants and the slip and they doesnt want exchange it for a size 36 or place it on a gift card and put it thru the till now they expect me to pay for transport again and bring my card for there mistake. </p>
