Lack of basic customer etiquette

Really sad that Foschini Tableview has such disregard for customers in the cosmetic section. Went in to purchase my face product which they did not have stock of. Firstly I was ignored and a friendly assistant from the clothing section assisted me (she is the reason for 2 starts). There was no interest when I asked when they will be getting stock and when I requested a sample until I go the the next branch I was basically made feel like I just wanted a free sample. The lady basically smirked. Note we don’t walk into your store for freebies. Please take a page from the Foschini Canal Walk store. They have the best customer service experience I have ever experience. I will rather drive all the way there to get that type of basic service than go back to the smaller store which in my mind every sale counts for…
