Lack customer service

I purchased some goods and were instructed to pay at the make-up counter. Firstly she didn't greet me and I had to listen to her conversation witg her co-worker regarding her shifts that she's booked and how ****ed she is with her supervisor. Going on about what was said over whatsapp. Meanwhile her co-worker took nailpolish from the store and app**** it infront of me. I was so disgusted with their behaviour and never experienced anything like this. They giving their branch a very bad name.
