Keep your jacket, keep your account, I'm done

I bought my daughter a warm winter jacket at foschini, what seemed like a great bargain, has now become a lesson that "cheap is expensive". Because winter was over, I nicely packed the jacket away then sometime in December, my daughter wore it once but never washed it. Again wore it towards the end of Jan, of which I then washed my self, by itself to avoid it getting any fluff on it as it has sensitive material on the inside. To my horror, when the jacket dried, it was yellow from the green clour. I then rinsed it again thinking maybe it was dust but it got worse. So I decided to take back to foschini cresta where, I got it, and the disrespect I got from the store was **********. So I told the 2 ladies that wss helping that I'm leaving the jacket and their manager should contact me regarding this, two weeks later, no call no feedback. Clearly my business is not appropriated at this company. I know ppl who bought the same jacket for less at Mr price but theirs still looks fine and I bit you Woolworth wouldn't have given such horrible service like foschini group and I'm beyond tired with these bad services I'm getting lately from foschini cos my account is always upto date.
