Keep receiving postal mail from TFG for unknown person at mom's address

<p>I keep getting TFG postal mail for an unknown person at my mom's address.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then as a courtesy, I contacted TFG to advise that this unknown person, to whom they keep sending postal mail, doesn't live at the address and they must stop sending mail and wasting paper, time and effort.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then instead of thanking me for the courtesy, I receive an email from a ROEFKAH FERREIRA (Administrator – Customer Services) that I must submit card and account number and confirm an ID number!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly this person did not bother read my email!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON!!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE DETAILS ABOUT A PERSON WHO I DON'T KNOW????!!! TFG KEEPS SENDING THEM MAIL AND FILLING UP MY MOM'S POSTBOX!!!</p> <p><br />Thus, seeing as my first polite and courteous request to TFG to sort this out was met such unhelpfulness and absurdity, I have to turn to this forum.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CAN TFG STOP ALL POSTAL MAIL to this person at my mom's address and advise their staff that they should refrain from sending illogical emails requesting details from someone who doesn't even know their client!!!!</p>
