Justice

On the 17 of July I bought an iphone8 at foschini chartsworth center.when I get at home I discover that it having a battery problem,it running low so fast then on the 19 of July I went back to store and I told them about the problem of the phone they did check it and they saw that the phone is having problem.

Ask for the exchange,they refuse.they told me that they are not allowed to so.they didn't even bother to help me .I went back home.on sundae 23 July the was not charging at all,I went back to them again,they told me that they will send the phone to the technician then they bring it back the to me.what I'm going to do with a fixed phone,It would last for how long.

What I want to them is to do exchange or they cancel mai credit cause it obvious they gave me a reject phone.and they make their problems to be mine.the warrant means nothing to them.please help me to find justice against them.
