My Sister, Jolanda Lewis bought a cellphone at the Foschini in Stellenbosch in March 2019. Problems with the cellphone started more than a month later after purchase. I took the phone in to the branch in Stellenbosch in September 2019 and waited. In August 2019 I went to collect the cellphone at Foschini. I got home and switched on the phone to check and to my surprise the cellphone is not working. I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed as I don't have any connection to anyone. I'm currently using someone else's cellphone which is working at some times. In emergencies I cannot make calls as Foschini sold a phone that's not working properly. Foschini needs to rectify this urgently and I need a phone, a proper working cellphone, as I'm paying for something that I don't have.
