Joke of the century

Foschini took ownership off our mtn prepaid sim cards without our consent and converted it to contract without our knowledge now we can't do sim swap because mtn are allowed to do the sim swap as it now belongs to foschini. I did not give permission for them to take ownership nor did i agree to convert it to contract. How the hell is this even possible and when i spoke to the lady she said that this is LEGAL and the person that gave up our numbers are the only one allowed to remove our sim cards from their system even thou the sim cards are registered under fica on our names. What type of business are you running now. The sim belongs to me and no one else i'm also taking the matter up with the nca how can someone just take ownership of your cell no just like that and than tell me someone can sort the mess out. WHERE ARE THE CONSENT AND PHONE RECORDING THAT I AGREED.
