JET STORES, SOUTHDALE, have now permanently lost a customer

Through the negligence of the staff of JET STORES, SOUTHDALE, I am out of pocket and JET, and thus the FOSCHINI Group have lost a customer.

I bought two sets of size 34C bras for my wife, or so I thought. One set, although on a hanger marked 34C, it was 36E. Because of the NO RETURN POLICY FOR BRAS, they refused to exchange the wrong size for the correct size. Any half-blind dimwit would have been able to see that the wrong size bras were never even tried on.
