I am very upset at Foschini firstly I had to take off a day from work to come and sort out my Foschini account because last week Friday I made a payment in store at the Vaal Mall branch where I made it clear to the lady I want to pay my R40 outstanding on my account she informed me I had to pay R60 which I did only to get a call yesterday that my account was in arrears which puts me in a bad spotlight. I took of work today to go and find out what was the problem then finding out that it was a deposit I made on a Jean that I bought the same day which makes me feel like a fool because I was told that I was paying my account and that their was no deposit on the pants. I buy all my clothes from Foschini and I am very upset and dissatisfied with the service I received.
