Item not delivered - Online

I ordered make up online on the 9th Aug. I didn't receive one item the Foschini diamond lipstick have made calls to Customer Service, spoke to Keenan Pearl and to someone else on Tuesday, each time I was told they will get back to me, am still waiting for the call. I even contacted the Sportscene store two weeks manager was not helpful refused to return my call as they were short staff. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE please credit my account for the lipstick I didn't receive. p*** MY ACCOUNT IS PAID UP WITH FOSCHINI WILL NOT BE USING THIS ACCOUNT GOING FORWARD AS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR.
