Itc update in over 2 years not done

OK here we go..... I had an account that was in arrears and settled through pienaar sithole and associates in 2017 still no itc update still reflecting in arrears was advised on 21 November 2019 will be rectified within 21 days by tfg I email tfg and pienaar and associate with no response pathetic
