i have paid up this account 1 year ago and it STILL HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED AT THE CREDIT BUREAUS!!!!!! You are messing with my name and credit!!!!!! I want this done TODAY as well as a call to tell me it has been done! INCOMPETENCE!
