Is this good service?

On 12 May 2015 I bought a pair of black ankle high boots from the store. Six weeks later they started pulling loose by the heel. I took them to a Multiserv shop in Sasolburg to be fixed. This lasted two days then they pulled loose again. which led me to believe that it must be a factory fault. On 7 July I took them back to the store and asked if they can help me. The manager Portia said she would have them fixed as she cannot refund me, because I tried to have them fixed. Today, 13 July, I went there again to find out how far my boots were. Her words exactly were \The place she took them to only accepts cards and the shop only deals with cash."<br> It doesnt make sense to me"
