Is it because she's old hence can do as she please

I went to shop at the foscini store @eloff street when done I preceeded to pay at the second floor I joined the qeue second in line when the lady told me to go pay downstairs I then told her it's you again she just looked @me with a attitude of what you gonna do entertaining those two customers I took my stuff and went to pay downstairs but I remember payin downstairs with her being there she left me and made a sign to another lady to help me now I see this as being singled out as the lady that previously reported her hence she's not willing to help me.she's a old lady wearing specs or her age does'nt allow her to give good customers service or correct her customer complaints then she must simply retire and allow someone with the good customer service to work clearly this lady has a issue and with fail attempts you just see the same things I mean was I suppose to leave her when she lost my store card with a credit limit of R22000 whilst she was helping me and refused to take responsibilty of losing it.I know she could've been one of those staff taking customer cards and using them for their own use something should be done to this lady absolutely unacceptable.
