IRRITATING THIEVING TELESALES DEPARTMENT
Their Telesales department is a bunch of ******* signing you up for subscriptions you do not agree to. All calls are supposed to be recorded yet they sign you up for things you refuse. I wonder how long it will take them to find the recordings and cancel my subscription and refund my money. All telesales marketing companies are the are employing thieving agents that are forced to work on a comm and **** the public.
Called the customer care line today 23/11/2017 @ 09h30. said they would revert back to me within 24hrs. I wonder how good all the other services they offer really are? i will NEED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM IF THEY DRAG THEIR FEET WITH THIS MATTER
