Interest Charged on 6mths Revolving Account

The Foshini Group charged me R292 for R305 Rand short-payed on my account!. Due to the Postal strike I did not receive my statement on time and paid my normal installment. I would like to make all customers aware of the interest they are charged if paying late -or not paying your full installment. The entire group must make a fortune with all the interest they collect!!<br> On my latest statement I was charged an amount of R217 interest yet again. When I contacted the customer service centre on Thursday, 2 April 2015, I was informed that I paid my account on 4 March 2015, and that I paid 1 day late as their cut-off is after the 3rd of every month. I was not aware of this fact.<br> Where is it stated in the Terms and Conditions that I have signed for my Credit Account that I will be charged interest on my 6-mths revolving when I pay after the 3rd of the month?<br> I feel that I am being cheated, and do not think it is fair for me to pay this interest, when I have never skipped one month's payment on my account, yet treated like this as a loyal customer?<br> I would like to have all interest charged to this account reimbursed! <br> <br> Thank you very much,<br> Kind Regards,<br> Eska van Niekerk
