I bought a laptop at Foschini, a day later it had issues, returned it within 7 days of buying it, I was told it needs to be assessed if I am responsible. I eventually bought another laptop from different shop as they were taking time to fix their faulty laptop.

I refused to make payments hoping it push them to fix the laptop issue, their credit control started calling, saying I am in arrears, and I explained to their agents that I have dispute with TFG, I got multiple calls, and they were charging R20 per, despite seeing the notes from their colleagues that I have a dispute,

Eventually the laptop was credited on my account, I requested that interest relating to the laptop only be reversed. apparently TFG policy doesn't refund/reverse any interest that were charged incorrectly,

I have made an arrangement to make payments and close this account.
