Insurance claims never as quick as the sales

What a foul attitude by a Mr Mpondo at the Zevenwacht Mall Foschini! We were there for an cellphone insurance claim. They told us we had to go to the branch where we bought the phone to be assisted at one go otherwise we would need to come again in 3 days or so to actually lodge the claim if they do it themselves because it would take three days for them to get the documents from the branch where we bought the phone. Worst of all was the attitude of the cellphone consultant.

How a cellphone insurance claim is more onerous than car insurance claim is beyond me.
