Insurance Claim

I have been experiencing hell with trying to get what's due to me, the gentlemen who keeps speaking his african language still has me waiting for my Iphone 11 for 2 weeks now. My phone got ****** on the 27th November, the 2nd week in January I got approved for R12k from monitor insurance with Foschini. I had requested for the gentlemen at Foschini to check which branch has a latest iphone to the value of R12k but instead of checking the branch he checked online. I was then offered the XR that was available in the store. At this point I had asked what happens to the R4k since the iphone xr's value is R8K. The gentlemen advised that the amount will fall back onto my insurance when I claim again( this was false) I have forfitted my R4k and paid access of R1.5 and got a phone that I was unhappy with. The following day I found that American Swiss, East rand mall has the iphone 11 available. I then returned the iphone XR to the gentlemen and I have been waiting ever since. When I go to ask, he says the courier is yet to deliver and yesterday his response was (his still fighting on email to get me the iphone 11) Can I get my Money's worth or my R12k. I am not willing to wait another week. I would also like to cancel my insurance I would not like to deal with TFG group moving forward. I am currently inconvienced and missed out on so much business due to not having a phone. I am temperarily using my Sons tablet. call me on ***. Acc belongs to Lorraine ***.
