Insurance Claim

Hi I have a problem with TFG insurance, I have made a cell phone insurance claim that I'm paying every month without fail in June the 23rd till now I have not received my phone back it went there because it was damege. I received an sms tht the claim was approved and a call tht it was fetched from the store but even the store doesn't know anything abt it I don't even receive a follow up call, and it was gonna be better if I was given a courtesy cell phone to use while waiting. Who on this earth lives without a phone? Hello Peter kindly pls help me. I sent that phone at Foshini store in Jabulani Mall. It is non of my business tht TFG has changed insurance I'm paying its debited every month was never told what they r telling me now when I go to the store.
