Injury due to store renovations

I was at the store in promenade and fell over a loose plank due to renovations, in full view of assistants. I left the store but the next day I wasn't feeling well and was advised but he store to go to the doctor and they would send the invoice to their Risk Department. To this day nobody called... not even the store to find out if I was ok.... my back and hip is still hurting..I need further medical attention. I called the call centre they gave me a number to call that doesn't work.. I emailed the risk department and customer service and stil nothing.
