Injured at at the Store

I visited Foschini at Canal Walk on Sunday, 19 April around 5pm. i was busy looking at boots and bent down to get a boot as i came up the corner of the shelve hit my corner of my forehead. i continued to try my =boot on, i felt a lot of pain as i touched my wound it was bleeding and it started to swell. the lady at the shoe department gave me some ice. they were looking for the store manager, but was no where to be found. took forever to get a first aid kit. they had to call centre management to come clean my would out. this was pathetic. the Manager called me to complete a form, which was done on Tuesday 1 May. This should have been done on the day. to date i have had no feedback at all. what pathetic service. i feel i was bleeding such a lot and didn't bother anyone there. I phoned the manager on 2 occasions at Canal walk but has not called me back.

Hi, Sunday will be a week since this incident happened. i have had no joy from Manager at Canal Walk branch. i am going to take this matter further if no one contacts me. I could have lost my eye. This could have been a child. Shopping should be a pleasure but the store is not safe as another lady also got injured at this store a couple a weeks ago
