Inexperienced staff

Dat service i got is total bad the staff is inexpereince i had to wait almost 30 minz to cancel a laybe no staff working today (sunday ) know hw to do it the cashier first told me to come back on mondy which i refused to as im coming from very............mpulamanga n im rushing t go back it is soooo *********
