Inefficient 121
Disgusting service and experience with 121 customer care.Cell number not ported as requested and now my service is completely disabled and 121 will not take accountability and has not provided a solution.I have been told that it will take another 7 says for my service to be re-instated by 121.Simply not good enough.After numerous promises to be contacted, I am still waiting.121 contact me on my landline, my number is on your system, as due to your inefficency my cell number is not working.I would not recommend 121 to anyone at all!
