Increased my credit limit right in time for ********** transactions

Good day,

My credit limit was increased in December, without my consent.

On the 28th November after my last purchase at Foshini Sandton City. My credit limit was increased on the 12th of December 2019 and on the 22nd of December, someone made an R6k purchase at the same store and again on the 5th of Jan 2020. Now my account has been maxed out beyond the new credit limit I was awarded, but never consented to.

I need you do an an investigation and explanation of firstly why my credit was increased without my consent and run cctv footage of the dates the attached purchases were made.
