Increased limit and ****** card

Foschini increased my limit without letting me know in the worst time ever, December!! Apparently purchases were make from my account in different stores and several times in the same store by someone else and I only found out I owe 10k when i asked for a statement because I wanted to pay everything and close my account cause I hardly use the card. Can’t a full investigation be done.. I mean there are footages in stores
