Incorrectly billed (2nd time)

I have an account with Foschini which I have not used in years, it was a couple of months back I received sms' and calls about how I am owing the store, I contested and enquired and they told me that someone from Bloemfontein subscribed for their in-store magazines on my account, I complained and called customer care explaining that I have not subscribed to any magazines and asked that they cancel that subscription. In order to not mess up my credit record I paid that money and made sure that I settle that money which I was incorrectly held accountable for ( as on the 14th of April I received an sms instructing me to pay R70 by 1st May to prevent legal actions as I was supposedly in arrears by R50 from 11th of April and I paid the R70 on the 14th of April). <br> <br> Now in the month of May I saw another statement that I owe Foschini again and that there is some duly instalment on my statement of R25, it might be little money but it is my money and I will not allow Foschini to keep on doing this. I sent them an email on their customer care email address on the 27th May asking them to rectify this as they are messing my credit record but no one has even come back to me as of yet.
