Incorrect pricing
Please can you assist with the below query with regards to one of your stores.<br> Yesterday I bought a few kiddies clothes from Foschini Northgate, the sale overlapped my puchasing power but went through. After the sale as I was about to leave the store I noticed that I had been over charged on one denim item with a price tag of R199 but instead was charged R260. I immediately went back to the cashier, she returned the item then tried to resell it back to me but couldnt. She was the assisted by some other lady to reverse the entire transaction and restart the sale.<br> <br> The first sale had a voucher that was redeemed and returned again still, my total purchase was R616. The second purchase went up by R719 because the cashier could not redeem my voucher. So I ended up paying more the second time around.<br> My question is, was I wrong to go back and show her the tag of the correct price since she looked at it scanned it and continued even with the difference in price.<br> <br> How it is now my fault that the price on the system was incorrect and I had to pay for that?<br> How did I forfeit my voucher due to this issue?<br> Is this the service that I'm to expect from this store?<br>

13 Jun 2016, 19:23Same problem again at Foschini Bedford Gardens. I give up !!!! Can't keep fighting the same problem, actually who's responsiblefor price checks in your stores. So disappointed....... funny thing is the first issue was not sorted, never received a call as promised. Poor Service :-( Foschini stores are all the same, nxaaaa closing my account, sies mann.
