incorrect payments

i have been calling foschini head office since this morning been transfered from 1 person to another i 1st spoke to Nicole who told she cant help me as she cant alloct my payments than dropped the phone, called again spoke with another lady i forgot her name told me eft department is not answering the phone than gave me nu *** which just ring and go off. I called again spoke to Thando while speaking he drops the phone. i would like someone to check payment that i made last year sept 2014 an amount of R500 and this year on the 20 feb 2015 and amount of R600 cause i wanted to pay my RCS acc please assist
