Incorrect item delivered

Good Morning Last year I ordered Luella boots size 6 and Size 7 was delivered . I left it and even now cannot wear the boots . Last week I ordered sunglasses and they gave me wrong ones even the SKU is wrong .I am not going to the shops to return them you will need to come get them and deliver the correct ones and maybe this will teach you to pay attention . You will need to hire people who pay attention .Luella is a big and a beautiful brand get a white and mature manager to run such deliveries .I need to wear those glasses this weekend
