Incorrect billing, *****

I am beyond ****ed and disappointed with TFG, I had an account for years and today when I check my statement I see there is a jet club even worse when I call to ask about this I’m told its been billing since July 2024 on whose consent???? I never signed up for any of that and want my money back from July…same thing happened when I was at Jet bellville buying something and a slip came out with jet club subscription for me to sign something I did not subscribe to how, so your tellers or agents are doing ***** on our accounts they are making sales on things we did not sign up for…Please investigate and refund me my money ASAP from july…I really cannot believe this you guys are ******, to also think no one said anything even when I was mad and enquiring about it in August, every time your agents calls I’ll tell them I'm not working I don’t want anything extra, really dont even remember how many times I’ve been asking to be taken out of your marketing, yhooo im beyond ****ed right now🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
