Inconvenience

Foschini has now decided to bill us for R2.51 for sms notification we didnt ask for to remind us we need to pay!!WE KNOW we pay every month. I spoke to a guy by the name of Riaad 04/06 to query this and reverse it after i did the same thing in Feb, he explains that the sms is sent because we need to pay by the 1st - excuse me why would you dictate to me when i must pay when i do pay monthly. Your statement date is 13th of every month but you have the nerve to tell me i must pay by the 1st inconveniecing me for your benefit. I ask to speak to a manager recarding this and guess what no1 was available to speak to me, nor was there anyone who sent us communcation about their payment changes for people ( like me) who choose the 6 month option with no interest. Riaad says to me that if i dont pay by the 1st they charge interest WHAT THE HELL FOR!!! Because when i purchased i chose the 6 month term so that i dont pay interest, now they want to add it indirectly because of a payment date i didnt agree to - I've never had problems with Foschini up till this year even after there was ***** caused on the account in 2013 i didnt complain or leave is this the service you give to Good payers??
