inconsiderate supervise

i have called the call centre spoke to Sinoxolo, request if I can pay R300.00 towards my outstaning balance for 3months starting on the end of April 2015 to June 2015 and review my request.<br> Because at the present I have financial problems, she refuse and says I need to pay R350,00 not lesser than that. I requested to speak to her supervise which she said it Charlene- I also get the same answer. She said the computer doesnot allow her to give me the lesser amount.<br> I feel that my deferral request was fair , my situation does not allow me even with the R300,00 its a lot but with restructring my finances I can afford R300 or less.<br> I came forward trying to meet my obligations and now in return I am being turn away. Next think will be the lawyers letters.I wonder how many people that arebeing turn away, because of call centre who are in need of reaching the target. I would like to be allowed to pay R300,00 or not they can write off
