Incomplete Order - Poor Service Received

I have received the worse service ever from Foshini online. I ordered two items and only received one. When I query they tell me both items were sent to the courier company. When I speak to their courier company they confirm only one item was received which is strange as this was all in one sale. The courier company sent me and email stating that they confirmed with to the store and were told only one item was sent yet Foshini says both items were sent. I am tired of being the middle man and need this to be sorted out ASAP without using my money to make these calls where I stay on the phone for hours because no one can assist me. I have spoken to 4 agents already and I am promised a call back but no one is coming back to me. I am forced to keep calling in for feedback. I can't spend so much money and not recieve the things I bought.
