Incompitance foschini
I made a payment to foschini on the 28th of Feb. Payment was made from online banking of a friend but used my reference number. Then i got the call from foschini to say that i didn't pay. When they check for me they said i made a payment to foschini trust instead of foschini htn. Cause i was using public recepient on online. So the payment is still not allocated to the correct account, foschini still says i owe them. Kindly assist.
