I ordered various clothes for my kids from TGF online, Exact Store. I have been receiving the items during the course of the week. I purchased a top and tights set for my 2 year old, the tops were courierd yesterday and I expected the tights today. However the delivery for today was a kiddies mask which I did not order! Upon calling the online store the consultant advised me that I can return it in store or get the courier guys to fetch it but they will not be sending me the tights. What kind of service is this really especially in a time when most purchases are done online. I'm shocked and appalled by the unhelpful consultant especially for something that was packed incorrectly on their end that isnt my fault. What am I supposed to do with the tops? It was meant to be a set! Utterly frustrating!
