*********** staff and poor service

I called almost all Foschini stores in Durban yesterday and did not get assistance. The Foschini in pinetown Sanlam center told me they don't have stock, I asked them to check if other stores have stock of the item and was told they couldn't. I then called the Foschini in watercrest mall,the call rings twice and is dropped or the line is busy, called many times from the morning. I called the Foschini in Chartsworth center and was told I needed to have a barcode of the item I needed, when I had advised I saw it online on special. I called the foschini in Pavilion, spoke to a consultant, who told me to hold and dropped the call, called back twice and she still dropped the call, the third time, I got through to someone and they told me they don't have stock of the item I needed. Could not get through to the Foschini gateway.

I am very disappointed at the service that I received.
