My experience with foschini has been disappointing. Being a client for many years with a credit limit of twenty thousand surely should prove that I have a good client record. I'm still advised by family and friends that foschini did not give me the benefit of the doubt by even requesting that I do further investigations myself which I did and was informed by the manager of that branch that their security system was installed a month after the purchases was made on my account and that she could not assist me with any records to see if anyone I know was in the branch at the time of the purchases and now I am faced to pay for goods I did not purchase at the time of this events the post office was on strike and mail was not delivered regularly I must say this was an experience I will always live with and do not wish to open any other accounts Ever again. I have even been handed over to debt collectors.
