I paid off my account last week Friday (26 February 2016) requested a paid off letter, they said I will get it after 48hours which I didn't, I call them again on Tuesday morning explaining to them that I signed an offer to purchase for a house and I need the letter ASAP. the agent gave me till today (04 March 2016). on wednsday they said I will get it within 48hours again. after 50 hours I haven't received it. call again and they told me that I MIGHT get it later today. this is unacceptable really, if lose the house I will blame them, they are very *********** and don't take people's affairs serious. if you owe them they call, email and sms you everyday but when you want something from them they don't deliver. im very ****ed off right now.
