I don't know why I even tried this again. I placed an online order with Foschini on the 15th March, the order was then cancelled because of no stock availability. So firstly, Foschini eCommerce doesn't know how to mark out of stocks on their sites. Then there is the problem of having to wait 20 days to have my money refunded. What the hell is that? They didnt wait 20 days for them to deduct my money from my bank. The last time this happened, I was promised that I would never have to go through this same drama again, well here we go again. I just want my money, and trust me this was the very last time I will purchase from the TFG group online.
